Fellow Patriots: I
need your help—you and everyone you know. Devore
is gone. Carly will never win, and it
would not matter if she did. Are
you brave enough to finally stand your ground and again take up the voters’
revolt which was rising, but was skillfully co-opted by the Republican
Party? Do I really have to tell you
about Carly? Are you brave enough to
stand with a true-heart patriot who will not betray you? Are you fed up enough to finally realize WE
ARE AT WAR AND THE ENEMY CONTROLS BOTH PARTIES? Will you finally man and woman up? Put your selfish and personal political
ambitions aside to “work your way up,” and the rest of it? Will you finally realize we have a country
to save and join with me to save it—no matter what the political cost? If we do not unite and take this seat
ourselves—now—Boxer is set to win, arranged by both parties. I
stand with Israel. I
honor the right to bear arms, unequivocally.
I
applaud Governor Brewer of Arizona and support SB 1070. I
believe in a strong military and an America which is respected and feared by
the tyrants of the world. Abortion
stops a tiny beating heart, and there is no way around it. The
American people are not meant to live in fear. The IRS must be replaced with a better
idea. The Federal Reserve must be
examined closely. Marriage
is reserved for one man and one woman.
We
must be very careful about entering any war, but we must go all out to win
and win quickly if we do go to war. All
of our problems stem from some sort of corruption. Career
politicians will do anything to stay in office. I, Neil Brian Goldberg, will do anything to
save America. We
do not have an “immigration problem.”
We have an invasion problem.
Our immigration system is not “broken”—the integrity of our leaders
and the oaths of office are broken. SEAL
OUR BORDERS! All
illegal prisoners now jamming our prisons and legal system must be deported
back to their country of origin. They
must sign an understanding that if they return to the United States, it will
be treated as an act of aggression. A
plan of selective and ongoing deportation, starting with all illegals in our
prisons and on parole, needs to be implemented. During this cleanup phase, any illegal
committing a crime should also be deported. Any illegal young or old taking part in any
gang activity, or voter fraud, or identity theft, causes their entire family to
be deported. That is a big project. After we have ended the crime wave in this
way, we can then look at the problem and proceed with the next steps to free
up the jobs which Americans deserve, to relieve our social services of the
unfair strain of non-citizens taking advantage, and to deport that next wave—those
straining the system. (If the resolve
were there, both phases could be moving forward at the same time, but where
are the representatives to make this happen?) Then
we choose the next phase, and so on. In
this way, we begin by eliminating the worst problems, and then step by step,
with order and the least amount of chaos and violence, we proceed to take
back America for Americans first. All
such plans will have to be refined and made workable. It's not enough to just say, “Everyone out!”
We have to actually get it done without
causing mayhem and war, but we do need to begin very soon while we still can,
and this impostor in the White House will not lift a finger for America. He must go, Lord help us, quickly. Government
of, by, and for the people must continue. Honor our Constitution! I will never betray the trust. If you do not stand with me, you will
deserve either the old Boxer, or the new Boxer you will be left with, and
nothing will change. A stronger and virtuous people will create a
stronger and virtuous government. We
must turn back to the higher things. We must honor and revive our Judeo-Christian
heritage. Kill agenda 21 Stop all UN encroachment on our sovereignty.

have offered prayers, and thanked me for running. Volunteers have designed
and donated fliers and ads. Others have worked long and hard creating
our websites, Facebook pages, and banners. We have handed out
thousands of fliers and spoken with as many people. Everywhere we went
from Santa Cruz to LA and all along the way, the people felt the same:
angry, disgusted, and outright determined to take Boxer out of office,
and to replace her with someone different. Ninety-seven out of 100 people
I spoke to sincerely believed that I was the kind of person they would trust
to step in and fight for our very freedom. Now
it is do or die time. We have laid fantastic groundwork with almost
nothing but devotion and strong team spirit. Now we need a much bigger
team. In
order for my name to appear on the November 2nd ballot, 200,000
signatures must be handed in by August 6th. They can be from any
registered California voter. Those gathering signatures must also be
registered voters and be from the district where they are circulating the
petitions. This
seems a daunting task, but I have seen many miracles in my time, and I do not
shirk from this challenge. Think about this. If enough people
realize that I am their true freedom warrior, that I will never betray the trust,
that I will never surrender our sovereignty, and if this group pulls hard
together and lets others know a real guy is running and what’s at stake,
think what it will mean when we accomplish this absolute miracle in front of
the whole world. That
kind of momentum will become an unstoppable force blazing forward into a
stunning victory. Do
you want to make history!? Do you want to turn their comfy, rigged, and
arrogant political world upside down!? Do
you want to see “The Ma’am” utterly defeated and both major parties
irreverently spanked and embarrassed by the will and the sheer angry force of
the American people!? This
is no picnic. It is an all or nothing fight for the life or death of
freedom itself. If
we will take it as seriously as those betraying the very Constitution which
they pledged before God to uphold, and to defend against all enemies foreign
and domestic, if we will understand the grand prize at stake—as they do—then
we will win! They are going all out! They will stop at nothing!
They are proceeding as if they have already won, as if our rights and
freedoms are already taken, as if they already rule by decree! This
California race is the battlefield. When we take them down here and break
the myth that no Independent can win, that will be the end of the
stranglehold of the two parties and the sinister foreign elements which now
control them. The
time is right. The voters are ready and desperate for someone real and
true and decent to vote for. ARE
WE READY TO REACH THEM? DO WE HAVE THE GUTS, THE FAITH, AND THE WILL TO
GO ALL OUT TO WIN THIS BATTLE WHICH WILL TURN THE TIDE OF THIS ENTIRE
WAR WE ARE IN—A WAR FOR OUR VERY SURVIVAL AS A FREE AND INDEPENDENT REPUBLIC?
If
we do not, this campaign will go away, and there is no doubt Boxer will win.
As sure as the Republicans threw their votes over to the Democrats in
the NY (Hoffman) election, Boxer will face a “flawed” candidate who will
somehow lose in the end. Why? Because she is the willing and obedient
pawn and the financial partner of those very sinister elements which own both
parties. Only a dark-horse Independent like Neil Goldberg—who cannot be
bought or manipulated—with a will of steel can beat them, but not alone. I
will go all out. I will never change concerning our nation and our
Constitution and the freedoms it assures, but I can go no farther now without
those who still have eyes to see and ears to hear coming forward with their
anger, their courage and their determination to grab hold of this campaign
and plow forward into the belly of the beast that is Barbara the Ma’am
Boxer’s California. There
is only one way: BECOME THE MACHINE—GO VIRAL. And
tell the Republican stooge-candidate—whomever they may “choose” to drop out
of the race so as to not split the ticket. We have seen what they can
do. They traded away our sovereignty, they refused to stop the invasion
of our nation, and we watched them loot our treasury on national TV.
Stand back false candidate. You will not win, because Boxer is their
man! Stand back.

you cannot scare, and now whom you cannot beat!! Be part of
this fight for freedom and historic upset.

This is a great way to be reminded of its historical importance and
value, and to educate future generations.
Patriots! Join and support Neil in his
grassroots fight for our freedoms. On Wednesday, October 7, 2009, Neil stood outside Bank of America in Capitola,
California, with his 7-foot sign that asks, “Where’s the Money? Honk if you want to know,” and got an
enthusiastic response! The horns were
so strong that radio station KSCO got some calls and did an on-the-spot
interview, which ran almost every hour for 1 1/2 days. That coverage caused several people to
venture down to visit Neil there. One woman brought a flag and stood with him for over an hour, promising,
as the others had, to return on Friday (Oct 9). This WHERE'S THE MONEY? protest just might
turn into some kind of avalanche . . . anything is possible with this

A true grassroots campaign We don't necessarily
need all those expensive bumper stickers and posters, folks. We can make our own. Everyone out there who
wants this amazing victory to happen can use your own talents, and any old
materials you and your friends have in the basement or attic. Make your own
signs and put them in the back windows of your cars. Paste over an old bumper sticker you still
have. Make posters as well, even if
only a few. One good design can spark
an entire campaign. The secret is to begin
with faith and prayer. Make signs and

BOXER!! ___________________ HIGHLIGHTS OF A NATURAL . . . . Having been born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Neil Brian
Goldberg grew up with a love for this country, its constitution, and its
people, and he put is whole heart into whatever it was he did. At an early age, he became a champion paper
boy with 105 customers, and later became president of his junior high school
class of 600+ students. He formed a
musical band, which became very popular. His musical talent eventually led him to New York City where he was very
fortunate to write, arrange, and produce the first positive message songs to
break through on children's TV, including Mr. Factory the
first ecology song, for the Archies Funhouse Giant Juke
Box songs. He also wrote songs for
many big names in the music business. His activist side led him to write the theme song, “It's Rainin’ Bombs
On Viet Nam,” and he was jailed in Washington, DC for leading a group across
Pennsylvania Avenue to join 250 elderly Quakers being arrested for simply
carrying signs of protest. Neil travelled extensively and returned to America
with a deep love, understanding, and appreciation for America. These travels, coupled with his grandmother
telling him for the first time about the horrors of communism and her escape
from Russia to the US, brought about a profound change within Neil. He then
wrote a series of passionate songs for freedom and America in 1976 and
produced them in 1984. Neil also taught at the toughest school in Watsonville, California, and
helped turn the place completely around in one and one-half years. Neil and his wife Jan were living an austere life of music and
spirituality, when a daughter was on the way.
Neil had only small royalties drifting in from around the world, and
nowhere to turn but to God. He found
great pickings from the dumpsters of the foothills of Silicon Valley, which
led to his establishing the most popular buy / sell / trade, new and used
computer shop in the Monterey Bay area—Computer Jones. When Bank of America unfairly tried to squash his business, Neil fought
and defeated Bank of America—by verdict, and won a sizeable award. Dressed in an Abe Lincoln outfit in front of
Bank of America and with the signs saying "Shun this evil bank,” “Join
the Bank of America Boycott,”' and “Bank of America Kills Small Business.”'
he and a friend created a huge traffic jam with horns honking in support. He then was forced to fight a powerful and well-connected real estate
firm, undefeated till they tried to run over Neil. The verdict came in—Neil won a substantial
award. Another giant tumbled—against
all odds! Now, like so many of his fellow citizens, Neil is deeply concerned for
his country . . . and so the “Boxer Rebellion,” with his inspired leadership
and “Songs of the Hour,” is growing fast.
